PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. (Team registration and Official Festival Package)
If you are paying your individual package by installments, please see below the payment schedule:

If you prefer to pay your package in full, will be accepted too.
Please note that payments by credit card with a surcharge of 3.5%
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be advised in writing by email to info@worldmastersrugby.com from the person that made the booking.
Team and Individual entry fees are non refundable, are transferrable.
Application of refunds for the travel package:

| Prior to 25 February 2024 | 100% of total package paid per person |
| 25 February 24 – 31 May 24 | 75% of total package paid per person |
| 1 June 2024 – 24 July 2024 | 35% of total package paid per person |
| 24 July 2024 or later | No refund |
Payments are transferrable should a participant be unable to attend but finds someone to take their place. This only applies within the same festival and package purchased.
MORE ABOUT PAYMENTS
All prices are in USA Dollars (U$D) and are on a per person basis. Package prices are based on the maximum occupancy of each room type (Twin must have two bookings per room, quad must have four; etc)
All participants are responsible for:
Making full payment for the package purchased, including any cancellation or amendment charges.
Selecting and purchasing one of the packages provided by the organizers (this is compulsory).
After placing a booking, you will receive:
A booking confirmation email which details the inclusions of the package purchased. (After the 1st payment)
The applicable invoice and/or receipt. (After the full payment)
While we will do everything possible to secure your preferred hotel and room configuration. We may be unable to guarantee these requests due to prior bookings and limitations on the number and types of rooms available.
Hotel and facility descriptions on our website and other publications are based on information provided by suppliers and may change at any time. Published images on the each hotel’s website not show the room, décor, view, or other specifications included in your chosen package.
We are not liable for the cost of bank fees, please make any arrangements necessary to cover such fees paying by bank transfer.
Late payments will be subject to a 8% late payment fee at the discretion of the organizers.
If we not received payments within the timeframes outlined above, we reserve the right to cancel the participants booking.
