TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Teams and individually registered players to attend the World Masters Rugby Festival 2024 accept the current terms and conditions. Minimum age for players is 35 years (Men) and 30 (Women) of age when participating in the Festival. All participants must purchase one of the packages provided by the organizers.

2.- PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITY
All participants are responsible for:

  • Selecting and purchasing one of the packages provided by the organizers (Compulsory).
  • Making full payment for the package purchased.
  • After placing a booking, you will receive:
  • A booking confirmation email which details the inclusions of the package(s) purchased.
  • The applicable invoice and/or receipt.

3.- PRICES
All prices are in UNITED STATES Dollars U$D) and are on a per person basis.  Package prices are based on the maximum occupancy of each room type.Prices are based on supplier costs, exchange rates, taxes, levies, and surcharges at the time of publication, subject to availability at the moment of reservation

4.- ACCOMMODATIONS
While we will do everything possible to secure your preferred hotel and room configuration. We may be unable to guarantee these requests due to prior bookings and limitations on the number and types of rooms available. Hotel and facility descriptions on the website, newsletters, social media and other publications are based on current hotel guides and information provided by suppliers and may change at any time.

5.- INSURANCE:
Teams and individuals participants registered to attend the World Masters Rugby Festival 2024 assumed are personally responsible for their own fitness and should injuries be sustained during the Festival, medical staff will be authorized to provide required medical attention. Participants also acknowledge that any costs incurred because of medical attention required during a Festival will be their personal responsibility. All participants, teams and individuals are responsible to purchase by their own appropriate insurance including travel, sports injury and any other activities undertaken on the tour (including legal, medical and repatriation costs). Each team manager will be required to confirm insurance cover has been secured, three weeks prior to the Festival.

6.- UNUSED SERVICES
Once your package services have commenced, refunds will not be provided where due to illness or personal choice you do not utilize part of or all the package inclusions.

7.- PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
If your package includes services fulfilled outside your home country, you will need a current passport that must be valid for at least six months after your return home from the Festival. Participants must check passport, visa, immigration, health, and customs regulations and requirements well in advance.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation to allow your entry overseas and/or return to your home country.

8.- FORCE MAJEURE
If we are delayed in or prevented from performing our obligations due to an event of force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war or riots, closed or congested airports, or extreme health conditions or technical problems), then such delay or non-performance shall not be deemed a breach or entitle a claim for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience. Our obligations shall be suspended while such event of force majeure continues.

9.- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as required by law (and to the minimum extent required by law), neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect or consequential losses, costs or damages that arise out of or that are in connection with any duty or obligation under these terms and conditions or any duty or obligation at law. To the extent that we have any liability to you under these terms and conditions or at law, that liability shall be capped to the amount that you have paid or is payable to us in accordance with these terms and conditions.
